  • What do I do if I don’t want to use a credit card?
    • If you don’t want or cannot use a credit card, please contact us. One of our sales representative will take care of you.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
  • How do I find my subscription receipt?
    • Receipts are sent by email after your subscription. If it’s not, contact us and we will send it again.
  • How can I upgrade / downgrade my membership?
    • To upgrade, simply go to simply go to the reports page you are interested in and upgrade your product.
    • To downgrade, you can cancel a subscription your profile
  • I’m outside Switzerland / Europe, how can I subscribe ?
    • To subscribe online you need to live in Switzerland or Europe and have a valid VAT number. If you are outside Switzerland or Europe, please contact us. One of our sales representative will take care of you.
  • How can I access reports archives?
    • On the same page in which you access the newest one, respectively here, here and here for the CTB and both SSIRs.
  • Can I get a free sample of your reports?
  • This FAQ doesn’t address my question, what should I do?
